Contact
EveryGameStat is run by one person, so there is no support desk and no ticket system. There is a real inbox and a Discord server, and both get read.
Discord
The fastest way to report a bug or ask a question is the EveryGameStat Discord server. It has a channel for bug reports, a channel for ideas and a channel where fixes are announced, so you can see what happened with your report.
For anything you would rather not post in public, such as an account or privacy question, email [email protected]. Despite the name, that mailbox is read. Replies come from the same address.
What helps when you report a bug
- The page address where it happened (for example everygamestat.com/library).
- Which platform the game or stat belongs to.
- A screenshot if the problem is visual.
- Whether your profile on that platform is public. Most missing numbers turn out to be a privacy setting on the platform side. The Steam privacy guide covers the most common case.
Deleting your account or your data
You do not need to contact anyone for that. Log in, open your profile page and use the delete option at the bottom. It removes your account, your linked platforms and all synced data. If you cannot log in anymore, email the address above from the email address you registered with.
Data requests from platforms and publishers
EveryGameStat only reads public data through official, documented APIs and follows each platform's terms and fan-content rules. If you represent a platform or publisher and want something changed or removed, email the address above and it will be handled quickly.
